The booking calendar, availability, enquiry form and 8-photo gallery are identical on every tier. Plans differ in your monthly tour booking cap, where your venue appears on other venues' pages, and how much insight you get into your bookings. If you reach your monthly limit, bookings pause until the next month or an upgrade, but enquiries always keep coming through.
Cancel anytime on the monthly plan. Annual plans can be cancelled too — they simply don’t renew for the next year. Cancel during your trial and you won’t be charged. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Pricing questions
- Do I need a separate plan for each venue?
- Yes. Each plan covers one venue, including its own bookings, calendar, clients and settings. If you run more than one venue, you would take out a plan for each one. We're also working on options for venue groups, so if you manage multiple venues, get in touch at hello@wedhq.com.au and we'll be glad to talk through what works best for you.
- Can I use WedHQ for events other than weddings?
- WedHQ is made for wedding venues and the couples who book them, so everything is designed around that experience. If your venue also hosts other events, such as corporate functions or private celebrations, block out the date and time in your calendar. You can choose a specific time range or use the All Day option to block the whole date, and couples won't be able to book over it.
